Dear Maria,Thank you so much for all your wonderful help during the buying of the house. You were always there for us with your answers to our questions, your attentiveness, and your prayers! Those were needed and appreciated beyond what words can say. I was so glad to connect with you as a realtor, friend, and relative, what a blessing! We all wish you continued success at Heritage and hope to keep in touch with you. Love, The Rodenbecks and Parkers
Maria Grant Bormann is fabulous. I highly recommend her. I wasted two years searching for property to buy on my own. I met Maria, told her what I was looking for, and bought the first property she showed me. She listened and found what I was looking for. It was the easiest real estate transaction of my life. Call her. You won't be sorry!Tom Turpin
Thank you for being simply the Best!!
I began using Maria Grant-Bormann a number of years ago as my realtor when she was with another company. Since that time I have used Maria as my "realtor of choice" to both buy and sell property.
Maria is very knowledgeable regarding local market properties, selling and buying trends, additionally, she is very professional and patient never too busy to answer any questions you may have regarding buying or selling property facilitating your decision making process.
Maria, I can't thank you enough for being the best at your profession!
I will refer anyone I know to you without reservation to buy or sell property because I know they would be in the hands of an excellent realtor.
Best Regards, Helen Thomas
Maria! Not only a great realtor, but a genuinely nice person. Veronica and I had narrowed our retirement home search to Brenham. We were fortunate to find a realtor with the bilingual ability, kindness and patience which Maria has in extra measure. We had specific needs for the kind of house, land and area of Washington County. After looking at a number of places, Maria found the perfect house and land. We were difficult buyers, I think, demanding conditions that, while common in the field of negotiation in some industries, are apparently not common in real estate transactions. With all of that, Maria forged ahead, bearing up under pressure and reassuring us that the purchase would go smoothly. It turns out that it took about a year of negotiating to acquire the property. Steadfast, Maria went the extra mile in the negotiations with the relocation company that owned the property. She was invaluable in guiding us in securing financing through a local bank, introducing us to people in Brenham and extending her friendship to us. Veronica and I highly recommend her.
Upon deciding we would leave Austin and downsize, I requested information on a house in Brenham, on-line, one Saturday afternoon. Within an hour, Maria Grant-Bormann called and offered to show us the house.
We were unsure about exactly what we wanted and Maria patiently helped determine our needs. She showed us many houses while always being friendly, professional and available to answer our numerous questions.
Maria found the perfect house for us, as well as, provided us with information about other professionals in the area. Those names and phone numbers have been invaluable during our remodel.
We had a wonderful experience with Maria as our realtor and highly recommend her services. She is genuinely caring and warm, and through the process of buying our house, she became our friend.
Every time our thoughts turned to selling the family homestead, my heart would sink a bit. After a couple years contemplating this issue and many hours of hard work, the decision was made. We were going to sell. Though Brenham was my home as a kid, time had replaced those familiar faces with those I did not know. Searching to find an agent we thought would work closely with us, we were very lucky to cross paths with Maria Grant- Bormann. One of those “weekend visits” turned into that chance meeting when a potential buyer bought her by the property.
She turned out to be our knight in shining armor. She patiently worked with us explaining the process, informing what to expect along the way, and providing valuable feedback. At the end of the process, we are always glad to “close the deal”, but even more importantly, we were all made better in having met a good, honest, and respectful person.
