Membership is a privilege that can be terminated by either party at any time, unlike other organizations with 10- to 30-year contracts. Members of LeadingRE must maintain high performance standards in order to retain membership, and the network must perform to continue earning the loyalty of its members.
To qualify as a new affiliate, the company must be ranked among the top independents in the market and must meet other criteria related to reputation, stability, tenure, quality of website and physical facilities, relocation capabilities, and other factors.
Membership is not exclusive in any given area so there are multiple choices in most marketplaces, which encourages healthy competition and high performance. Membership fees are based on size and population of your primary market area, with a one-time initiation fee, and annual membership fees. The majority of membership offerings are included in these fees. Membership in our Luxury Portfolio International™ luxury marketing network is additional and is based on local market values and the number of $1 million-plus listings of the affiliate.
