2019 Hurricane Season–Are you ready?

Houston is sure getting its share of rain these days along with surrounding counties.  Rain totals have reached over 10 inches in saturated areas according to meteorologist.  This weather is likely to remind you of Hurricane Harvey and all the flooding it brought in the summer of 2017.  If you have not already done so, now is the time to start preparations for Hurricane season.   Hurricane season is less than a month away starting on June 1st running through the end of November.  According to The Weather Channel, this season is expected to be above average but less active than last year.   Experts are predicting 14 named storms with 10 of them being hurricanes, and of those, three of them to be Category 3 or higher.  You can learn more about the 2019 Hurricane Outlook here:  2019 Atlantic Hurricane Outlook
